Nissue #17: Jonny Moseley, Skier and TV Personality.
Most people know Jonny Moseley as an American freestyle skier and television personality. In 1997, he earned a spot on the U.S. Olympic Ski Team, the first Puerto Rican to make the cut. He went on to win a Gold medal for the mogul freestyle competition at the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano, Japan.
A natural on the screen, he’s hosted shows on NBC and MTV and even hosted Saturday Night Live (that’s Amy Poehler as his bride!). But to me, the coolest thing about Jonny is that he’s a rad dad — I first met him when our sons were in middle school together — and he was as authentic and enthusiastic about the sport of parenting as anything else.
